Bathe-ing DC was Therme DC's very own community wellness activation, bringing bathing culture, sauna experiences and wellbeing programming directly to Ward 8. Designed to introduce residents to the benefits of accessible wellness, the event created opportunities for connection, relaxation and community engagement.

Each spring, Therme DC joins thousands of residents at the Anacostia River Festival to celebrate community, culture and the Anacostia River. The festival reflects the values that guide our vision for Poplar Point: access to nature, vibrant public spaces and stronger community connections.

The Oxon Run Pinknic is one of Ward 8's signature spring traditions. Therme DC is proud to participate alongside families, community organizations and neighbors celebrating one of the District's most important public parks and the role green spaces play in community wellbeing.

Therme DC joined Art All Night as part of our commitment to celebrating local creativity and culture. Events like these help strengthen community connections and highlight the artists and cultural institutions that make Ward 8 unique.

We’re proud to participate in Oxon Run Day, connecting with residents through family-friendly activities and conversations about wellness, parks, and the future of Poplar Point. The event showcases the important role green spaces play in community life.

At RFK Day of Play, Therme DC connected with families around recreation, wellness and the importance of welcoming public spaces. The event reflected a core part of our vision: creating places where people of all ages can gather, move, play and spend time together.

Therme DC joined residents, small businesses and community organizations at H Street Festival to introduce more Washingtonians to the vision for Poplar Point. Our team heard directly from attendees and shared how Therme DC can expand access to wellness, green space and economic opportunity.

Therme DC participated in the MLK Day Health and Wellness Fair to speak with residents about access to health, wellness and community resources. These conversations continue to inform our work to create an affordable, inclusive wellbeing destination at Poplar Point.

Therme DC and Mayor Bowser announced a partnership to introduce Therme Group's wellbeing initiatives to Washington, DC.

Therme DC partnered with Grounded, a Black women-owned business in Historic Anacostia, to host local Advisory Neighborhood Commissioners and community leaders. The gathering created space for conversation about Ward 8 priorities, economic opportunity and the future of Poplar Point.

Therme DC joined Mayor Muriel Bowser to announce a new partnership with the District of Columbia, one designed to bring Therme Group's innovative wellbeing approach to Washington, DC.
